Apex Growth Group LLC provides website design, development, marketing, branding, and business consulting services. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines for each project are agreed upon before work begins.
One-time project fees are outlined in your project proposal. A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Monthly retainers are billed at the beginning of each month.
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as outlined in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately. Final approval from the client is required before any project goes live.
Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No cancellation fees apply. One-time project deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, but we will deliver all completed work to date.
Upon full payment, you own all custom designs, code, and content we create for your project. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Some services may require third-party tools (hosting, domain registration, ad platforms, etc.). Costs for these services are separate and the responsibility of the client. We will recommend options but the client makes final purchasing decisions.
While we work hard to deliver results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, lead volume, or revenue increases. Marketing results depend on many factors beyond our control. We commit to using industry best practices and transparent reporting.
